Welcome to JJB Bargains! We're a family-run UK business with a passion for finding good stuff at bargain prices. From auction finds and clearance stock to discontinued lines and the occasional absolute belter, you never quite know what you'll find on our virtual stall.

Before you have a rummage and fill your basket, here's the important stuff about shopping with us. These Terms & Conditions explain how our website works, how orders are handled and what you can expect when buying from JJB Bargains.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We've tried to keep things straightforward, because nobody enjoys reading the small print, especially when there's a bargain to be had.

1. WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET - PRODUCT INFORMATION

We do our best to make sure our product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices and stock information are accurate. However, we're human, not magicians, and the odd mistake can happen.

A few things worth knowing:

Pictures: Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and packaging or presentation may vary.
Measurements: Sizes, weights and dimensions are provided as accurately as we can, but should be treated as approximate unless stated otherwise.
Changing stock: We source products from a variety of suppliers, auctions and clearance opportunities, so our range can change quickly.
Limited quantities: Some products are one-offs or available in very small quantities. Once they're gone, they're gone and we might not be able to get them again.
Product condition: Items are described as accurately as possible, including any relevant information about condition, damage, missing parts or other limitations.

We reserve the right to correct genuine errors in descriptions, prices or availability. If an error affects an order you've placed, we'll contact you to explain the situation and agree the appropriate next steps. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).

Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be shown before you complete your order.

3. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS (Where Legally Required)

If a refund is approved, it will be processed ONLY to the original payment method.

Refunds will only cover the purchase price of the affected item only.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

We aren't responsible for bank/card processing delays once a refund has been issued.

We aren't responsible for problems caused by misuse, accidental damage after delivery, normal wear and tear or failure to follow the product's instructions, except where the law provides otherwise.

A quick word on the small print: Nothing in these terms takes away your statutory rights. Our returns policy will always operate in line with applicable UK consumer law.

4. DELIVERY - FROM OUR STALL TO YOUR DOOR

Once you've bagged a bargain, we'll do our best to get it on its way promptly.

Delivery options, charges and estimated timeframes will be displayed at checkout or otherwise made clear before you place your order.

A few things to bear in mind:

Delivery estimates: These are estimates, not promises of an exact arrival time.
Courier delays: Occasionally, parcels take the scenic route.
If there's a delay, get in touch and we'll do what we reasonably can to help.
Your address: Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete information can cause delays or failed delivery.
Delivery problems: If your parcel hasn't arrived, arrives damaged or appears to have gone missing, contact us so we can investigate.

We'll remain responsible for the goods until they're delivered to you, or to someone you've nominated to receive them, as required by law.

If you provide an incorrect address or fail to follow agreed delivery arrangements, this may affect how a delivery problem is resolved. We'll consider the circumstances fairly and in line with your legal rights.

5. PAYMENTS & FRAUD PREVENTION

We use the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are subject to the relevant provider's authorisation and security checks.

To help protect our customers and our business, we may carry out reasonable checks where a transaction appears suspicious or potentially fraudulent.

We reserve the right to pause, refuse or cancel a transaction where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, unauthorised payment or misuse of our website.

Where necessary and lawful, relevant information may be shared with payment providers or fraud-prevention services to investigate suspicious activity.

If a legitimate order is cancelled after payment has been taken, any refund due will be made in accordance with these terms and applicable law.

6. OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU

We take our responsibilities seriously. Our products must meet the standards required by applicable law, and nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't responsible for losses that arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control or for indirect or consequential losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated.

However, nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We don't guarantee that our website will always be available without interruption or free from errors, although we'll make reasonable efforts to keep it running smoothly.

7. WHEN THINGS DON'T GO TO PLAN - EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

Sometimes life throws a spanner in the works.

We won't be responsible for a delay or failure to perform an obligation where it's caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, transport disruption, major supplier interruptions, government action or other comparable events.

We'll take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and keep you informed where appropriate.

This section doesn't remove any rights you have to cancel an order or obtain a refund under applicable law.

8. USING OUR WEBSITE - PLAY FAIR

You're welcome to browse, shop and hunt for bargains on our website. We simply ask that you use it responsibly.

You must not:

Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
Upload malicious software or interfere with the website's operation.
Copy, misuse or exploit website content in a way that infringes our rights or someone else's rights.

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

If we update these terms, we'll publish the revised version on our website. The terms applicable to your order will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of your purchase.
